Dave wrote on Thursday, March 27, 2014 (PDT):Started with about 20 gallons of sap that I had collected 3-5 days before. Put a small amount in the pot (maybe a gallon), let it boil, and then add more as it starts to boil down. Takes a good number of hours but some good syrup has been made!
